To make a return please contact support@neverbeaverage.com. In this communication, it is important that you tell us what was wrong with your order and what you want us to do about it.

A return per order costs SEK 59. On a return, you can choose how you want your money. We offer gift cards in our online store and money back in the account.

We will process your return within 7 working days of receiving it. The refund is made in the same way as your original payment and appears in your account within 2-4 banking days after the refund has been processed.

Usually it takes 1-3 days in domestic condition. 2-5 days in Scandinavia.  

If your package is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us. Contact support@neverbeaverage.com and wait for a response. You will be charged the regular shipping cost of SEK 59 for the return shipping.
